CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing our salon! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy: ⏰ Appointment Cancellations We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer the slot to another client. 💳 Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a 50% service fee. ❌ No-Show Appointments Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Multiple no-shows may result in being required to prepay for future appointments. 💅 Booking Deposits (Optional) Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final bill. Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled without 24-hour notice. 🤒 Illness Policy If you’re feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible.
